Policies & Procedures

Current studio policy language is preserved here for family reference. New-season dates will be updated when approved.

Fees & Registration

Registration Fee

$10.00 registration fee per child for new enrollments. This is a one-time registration fee.

Monthly Tuition

$75.00 monthly for a one hour class. Classes are held once a week, and discounts are available for multiple classes or multiple students from the same family.

Session

Classes begin September 9. Sessions run 36 weeks.

Billing

Tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month and is based on a 4-week month. It is not reduced for holidays, studio closings, or absences.

Cancellations

Written cancellation is required by the 25th of the month via email or by completing a cancellation form at the studio. Charges continue without written notice.

Declined Payments

If your debit or credit card is declined, you are responsible for providing a new card within five (5) days of notification.

Late Fee

A $10.00 late fee will automatically be applied to any account that is delinquent on the 11th of the month.

Non-Payment

After two months of unpaid tuition, students may be removed from classes.

Dress Code

Littles & Ballet

  • Tiny Tots and Toddler Dance: loose fitting, comfortable clothing, ballet shoes or socks with grippers.
  • Creative Movement: leotard, tights, pink ballet shoes, hair tied back.
  • Ballet classes: leotard, tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in bun. Skirts, sweaters, and leg warmers are optional.

Combo, Jazz & Tap

  • Combo dancers: leotard, tights, pink ballet and black tap shoes, hair tied back.
  • Jazz: leotard or fitted top, dancer shorts or leggings, tan jazz shoes, hair tied back.
  • Tap: leotard or fitted top, dancer shorts or leggings, black tap shoes, hair tied back.
  • Lyrical: leotard, convertible tights, lyrical shoes, hair in bun.

Hip Hop & Theater

  • Hip Hop: comfortable and loose clothing that is easy to move around in.
  • Required black high-top tennis shoes will be handled by group order when needed.
  • Musical Theater: comfortable clothing with tennis shoes or dance shoes.

Studio Rules

  • Water: Please bring a water bottle to class.
  • Privacy: Video taping of full classes is not allowed. Parents may film their own child and take pictures, but not the class as a whole.
  • Placement: A dancer may be recommended by the teacher or director to be in a different class, level, or genre at any point in the season.
  • Conduct: Dancers must be kind, safe, and helpful in class at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in lobby breaks or class reassignment.
  • Account Status: Tuition fees and payments must be current in order to participate in ADA extra-curricular activities and performances.
  • Pets: No pets are allowed in the studio, with the exception of service animals.
  • Payment: All dancers must have a debit card, credit card, or ACH/Electronic Check on file. Tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
