August 22 :  Ashland Fourth Fridays-Some of our ADA cast will be performing at Town Hall at 5:00PM

September 1 :STUDIO CLOSED for Labor Day

September 2 : 2025-2026 Season Begins! 

October 14: Deadline to sign up for the Holiday Parade:

October 18: Boogie Bash Open to PUBLIC

Join us for a fun filled hour of all things pumpkins, bats and spiders!  

Two sessions will be offered at the Hanover Arts and Activities Center.

October 23- October 30: Dress Up Week at the studio.  

Come dressed in your favorite costume or storybook character.

October 31-HALLOWEEN NO CLASSES 

November 10-Our ADA GIVING TREE season begins.  Please adopt a child’s name from the WISH tree in the lobby.  Please return wrapped presents and include the original tag by December 9.

THANKSGIVING BREAK  NO Classes will be held at the studio

Saturday. December 13:

Gingerbread House Making with Santa-Two Sessions for registered ADA dancers-Montpelier Dancers will join us in Ashland 

Ashland Dance Academy Dancers......come dressed in your cozy jammies for a fun afternoon of gingerbread house making.  

AND.. a very special visitor will be there too! Sign up is required.

December 15-Friday, December 21:  Parent Watch Week-

Come last 15 minutes of class to watch Holiday Dances!

Sunday December 21-Sunday, January 4: WINTER BREAK  

NO Classes will be held at the studio

January  5: Valentine’s Day lists are available to make valentines for the residents at the Hanover Manor. Please return labeled valentines to the studio by February 1st. 

January 10:  Royal Prince/Princess Tea Party at Hanover Arts and Activities Center

January  19:  Martin Luther King Day OPEN

January  19:  Registration opens for Showcase 2026-you must submit your form by February 9th

We are so thrilled to announce our annual showcase for this year!  We HIGHLY encourage participation in this memorable event! 

Our Annual Showcase will be held on Saturday June 6th @ Patrick Henry High School. Show days and times to be determined. Each class will be performing in ONE of these shows.  If your dancer is enrolled in multiple classes, your dancer may be performing in multiple shows. We are still working on your dancers performance time slots for that day.  

Dress Rehearsals will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd  and Thursday, June 4th at Patrick Henry High School.  You will only be attending one day of dress rehearsal, unless you have multiple classes.  Your rehearsal days and times will be assigned.  

**We will be unable to place late costume orders, so please make sure to have your payment in by this date. If you need to make special arrangements for this, please just reach out to me.**

February 1st:  Valentines are due at the studio for the Hanover Manor residents. 

February 7:  Valentines Day Ball @ Hanover Arts Center

February 9: Recital Costume Form DUE 

February 16: SIGN UPS OPEN:

February 15: Costume Fees are due.  NO late orders.

April 1st-April 20th- Recital T-Shirts Store OPENS Online Orders only  $15.00.  Cast name on the back.

April 1- Summer Session goes LIVE

April 10-Eggstra Special Dance Class followed by Glow in the Dark Easter Egg  Hunt 

Cost is $15.00.  Sign Up is required.  Ages 3 and up!

April 13-18—Mandatory Recital Meetings-Last 15 minutes of every class.  You will receive recital packets and we will go over rehearsals, pictures and showcase information. 

May 2:  Paint with Mom/Auntie/Grandma/Godmother/Stepmom @ADA (Sign up is required.  Fee is $10.00)

May 4: Recital Tickets go on sale to registered dance families at 10:15 AM

May 4-9 Picture Week @ Ashland Dance Academy

May 11: Recital Tickets on sale to the Public

May 16: Deadline for Fourth of July Parade Sign Ups 

May 25: Closed for Memorial Day 

May 31: LAST day of classes for the season

June 3 and 4: Mandatory Dress Rehearsal
