HOLIDAY SWEATSHIRTS
We are placing a special order for ADA sweatshirts, just in time for the holidays! If you are interested in a sweatshirt, please fill out the following form. They will arrive in time for Christmas! Because this is a special order, all orders are due November 12th. We will NOT be able to place any late orders. Sweatshirts are $25.00 and will be charged to your card on file. We have a version for dancers and by special request, another version for Dance Moms too :). Sweatshirts are BLACK with teal writing. If you are ordering multiple orders, you will need to submit a form for each order.
